知识传承一年计划到期后，仍然可以保持与导师的联络，得到继续指导；除了指定导师，还有各种专业顾问资源也不限于一年计划，比如创业、理财、写简历、自救防身术、声乐、求签解签、烹饪、茶艺、泡咖啡、佛法等等，随时可以请教。

个人发展在导师的帮助下，可以有效地设立和实现个人成长目标，提升自己的职业能力和个人素质。

In our fifth year, our mentorship program continues to offer invaluable support to our past mentees, both professionally and personally. This exceptional opportunity allows participants to learn from a diverse group of experts, including executives, senior business leaders, technical specialists, and HR professionals from renowned companies such as Apple, Amazon, Meta, Google, Cisco, Adobe, Marvell, Nvidia, Morgan Stanley, and Cadence.
